WeDevelop would like to congratulate and wish the best of luck to our current Managing Director and co-founder Andy Byrne who has been appointed Chief Operations Officer for PlayTank.net.

PlayTank is a social collaboration tool, on a mission to democratize innovation which enables participants to easily extract components of an innovation concept and reuse them in other solutions.

The platform will be launching to strategic high profile clients in Quarter 3 of this year. Over the last 12 months WeDevelop has partnered with PlayTank for both development and marketing and the two companies will continue to have a close relationship over the coming months.

Andy will bring his 10 plus years sales experience in person to person and business to business IT and communications sectors, as well as a wealth of knowledge from founding and managing start ups for the last 4 years to his new role.

Jason Hassett

Taking the reigns in WeDevelop as new Managing Director will be co-founder Jason Hassett. Over the last 18 months Jason’s experience on both large bespoke projects and smaller developments for SMEs as well as his running of WeDevelop’s networking events and marketing strategy have prepared him for to take the helm and guide WeDevelop through the next few years. Jason had this to say.

Jason had this to say: “I’m really looking forward to the opportunity to continue on the good work WeDevelop has done over the last year and a half as well as moving to an even more efficient and productive way of getting things done for our customers. Sales and service has always been something I’m passionate about and I want to bring this passion to the role both for the team and for our clients.”

Andy will still take a role in advising and supporting WeDevelop and PlayTank will continue to use WeDevelop’s skills and knowledge for development and marketing to drive their brand guidelines as well as market awareness.
